Cleveland is the most populous city in
Ohio and is currently the seat of Cuyahoga county. It has an
estimated population of 433,748 ( according to the 2008 census).
The city was Founded 1796 and Incorporated as a village in 1814 and as a city in 1836.
Cleveland is located in in northeastern part of Ohio
and on the southern shore of Lake Erie. The people of the
city are often referred to as "Clevelanders" and the city
itself is nicknamed "The Forest City".
